UK SHIPPING
All UK orders up to £75 are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.
UK orders over £75 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - a signature will be required.
At the time of dispatch you will receive your tracking number via email. All purchases are trackable online.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We regret that we currently do not ship to the EU but are working on a solution!
Free shipping on worldwide orders over $198
Orders purchased from outside the UK, aside from the EU, up to $130 are sent via International Signed For by Royal Mail. Orders are trackable online.
Orders over $130 are sent by international courier, we will share with you this information after purchase. You will receive a tracking number when the order is dispatched.
U.S.A DUTIES & TARIFFS
We are not responsible for the taxes or charges customers may receive on products, although we will do our best to insure all documentation is correctly adhered to in the hope of a smooth delivery process.
The new USA duties and tariffs are calculated at checkout and are paid at our end to aid a smoother delivery process.

REFUNDS
We really hope you are happy with your purchase but understand this cannot always be the case. If for any reason you are not happy and would like to return an item or exchange it, please email natalie@natthakur.com or contact us via the contact page within 14 days of purchase.
Please note personalised items are non-refundable.
Non personalised items will either be returned for a full refund minus delivery charges (and tariffs and duties on U.S.A purchases) or be exchanged if requested. Products must be unused and in good condition and returned in the original packaging, insured for the value of the product and sent by a trackable delivery method. If is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is returned to us safely. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
In the unlikely event that the product was faulty, we will cover the postage costs.
Your refund will be refunded by the same method by which you paid when we receive the item.
